You should decide to have some healthy meals and workout beforehand so that you can lose your weight faster. Losing 8 pounds in four weeks is not a difficult work. 

White said that you should note everything that you consume in a day. It does not matter who eat at which place and what time, you please note down the entire minute little thing that you consume. You should also consume fruits and vegetables that are available in your local market. This way, you cut down on consuming highly processed or fake foods. Have yogurt as it can help you to flatten your tummy with the help of bacteria that it consists of.
